A: You need to Turn on the "Always Show Cursor". In my testing even while doing this, if the NPC's are cranked up too much you still won't see your cursor. It's very like a mod issue. Yes survivors can turn from a bite, sadly. But if you press ENTER on the numpad you can spawn another wife 🥳. If you are bitten you will die. There is not question about it.
