Yes. It works but you're gunna have to overcome the pallet bug first. Im late, but if you stun the killer and are unable to use the speed boost for some reason (i.e downed during a pallet stun, in the killers dropping animation for power struggle), the speed boost is stored until you can use it, kinda like adrenaline.
