I just beat Malenia as a dex/arcane build at 150, and I had a hell of a time beating her. Took me a few nights. I tried a million different strategies with her. Tiche worked better for me than my mimic tear, and I ended up killing her using mainly Adula's Moonblade and Bloodhound step. You have to be really aggressive with her. Let the tear tank her waterfowl dance and just keep shredding her down. Lather rinse repeat 2nd phase, watching out for the bloom attacks.
