you have to be quick. people have caught on completed ours with 6 min left on the clock. Public event with 6 big minotaurss that gives an exotic on completion. Happens in the current Vex Incursion zone on Neomuna. I killed 4 out of the 6 minotaurs and the game crashed.In the Vex Incursion Zone, players will face high-level Vex, and will be rewarded with Strand Meditations to progress their strand sub-class. The last three pack is sort of in a choke point and the minotaurs spawn one at a time right in the middle of the three, or they just stop spawning at all so you cant pick up the arc cranium to pop the invulnerable shields.
